Capture the client's vision and needs
At Lenzo, we begin the design process by capturing the client's vision and needs. We use a detailed form that allows customers to express their preferences, style, desired functionality, and any specific requirements. This initial information is crucial to fully understand what the client is looking for and ensure that the final design is aligned with their expectations.

Selection of materials and manufacturing of the furniture
After approval of the proposal, we move on to the manufacturing phase. During this period, which lasts approximately 90 days, we select the highest quality materials that fit the approved design. Our expert craftsmen are responsible for manufacturing the furniture, paying special attention to every detail to ensure that the final product not only meets, but exceeds the customer's expectations.

The design process
Once the form information is collected, our team of designers begins the creation process. In this phase, we develop an initial proposal that includes sketches and possible designs of the furniture. Along with this proposal, we provide a pricing estimate, detailing the costs associated with creating the custom furniture. This initial proposal is sent to the client for review and feedback, ensuring that all ideas and requirements have been correctly interpreted and that the project fits the client's budget.

Product delivery
Once manufacturing is completed, we proceed to deliver the product. We coordinate with the client to set a convenient date for delivery. Our goal is to ensure that the product arrives in perfect condition and that the client is completely satisfied with the final result.
